To load yourself up with energy before
a tough day skiing or hiking, you can take full advantage of our
Swiss continental breakfast of fresh breads, cured meats, local
cheeses, conserves, cereals and fresh juices.
Later in the day and evening, our
fantastic head chef Cedric, trained by Louis Bourban himself,
prepares mouth-watering, seasonally changing menus using local
produce wherever possible, accompanied of course by our select wine
list from the Valais region for you to sample.
Alongside these, we have our
traditional Le Valais menu and also of course a children's menu to
ensure the little ones are happy!
With a choice of raclette, fondues, grills and salads as well as
many more tempting dishes, your only concern will be which dish to
choose.
