Le Déserteur Restaurant

To load yourself up with energy before a tough day skiing or hiking, you can take full advantage of our Swiss continental breakfast of fresh breads, cured meats, local cheeses, conserves, cereals and fresh juices.

Later in the day and evening, our fantastic head chef Cedric, trained by Louis Bourban himself, prepares mouth-watering, seasonally changing menus using local produce wherever possible, accompanied of course by our select wine list from the Valais region for you to sample. 

Alongside these, we have our traditional Le Valais menu and also of course a children's menu to ensure the little ones are happy!

With a choice of raclette, fondues, grills and salads as well as many more tempting dishes, your only concern will be which dish to choose.

Le Déserteur Bar

For a laid back, cosy atmosphere you can order a bite to eat in our Larch wooden bar, complete with open wood fire. Make sure you take the opportunity to enjoy a well-earned drink there. Our bar is well stocked with a wide range of regional wines and traditional Swiss spirits.

Alternatively, take your drink and relax on our front or side terraces whilst soaking up the fantastic mountain views.
